Our Story
Why We Built Zava
Zava Designs started with a gap we kept seeing in Tampa Bay real estate. Too much staging was designed to look pretty in isolation, without enough thought for the buyer, the price point, or the return.
Tom and Tatyana Myers built Zava around a more practical standard. Stage the home the market expects. A starter home needs warmth, scale, and broad appeal without unnecessary cost. A luxury property needs quality, proportion, and detail that support the asking price.
Our real estate experience still informs the work. The value clients hire us for is our ability to read the property, understand the buyer, and choose the right level of staging from inventory we control.
